Free Wi-Fi is available at all of our rentals.

Ethernet (Wired)
Ethernet connections are available at some of our locations.
Connecting your own wireless router to our ethernet ports is not allowed. If a wireless router is detected on the network, it will be blocked.
Other Internet Information
- QoS (Quality of service) may be implemented since bandwidth is shared with other tenants in the building. Speed is not guaranteed.
- Landlord makes no warranties whatsoever with respect to the internet access.
- No hosting of any services is allowed on the NNY Rentals network(s).
- It is the responsibility of the tenant to inform the landlord when connectivity issues arise.
- Tenants are not use use the network for any purpose which is in violation of any copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret rights of any person.
- Tenants are not allowed to resell or charge others to use NNY Rentals network.
